Go Away Worries

I wrote Go Away Worries for a few reasons.

First, I wanted to share the experience that I had with my student Aaron and how it touched my life. This is the story Go Away Worries.

Next, if the strategy worked for one student and eased their anxiety, maybe I could reach more students. A story can make a significance connection for the reader.

Finally, being an anxious person myself, writing this book was a way of healing and controlling my own worry. If Aaron could find the strength and courage to overcome his worries, then so could I! Thank you Aaron.

Here's a little about Go Away Worries:

Caleb doesn’t know what to do. His hands are sweaty, his heart beats fast, and his stomach is upset way too many times in a day. Why are there so many things to worry about? But when Miss White, his fourth grade teacher, suggests a way to deal with his worries, Caleb isn’t too sure it will help. What is a worry jar and how is it the answer?
